Valentine's Day
We planned the special menu two months in advance.  We were so organized that the kitchen staff even had a rest between lunch and dinner service.  Lights were dimmed, roses everywhere, bubbly cocktails on the tables, guys and gals all dressed up for the occasion, looking beautiful.  A very romantic atmosphere throughout the restaurant.  The servers all enjoyed working on such an exciting evening.  The final touch, a long stem rose for each lady.
